There is a small commitment fee to help you invest in your own healing and ensure strong group engagement. However, no one will be excluded from group support meetings based on their inability to pay.

Each Workshop lasts for a specific number of weeks. Please check the details below. Also, there is visualization work between sessions that will be shared among participants in the following meetings.
Note: You must be “on camera” to engage in these sessions due to connection and sharing exercises.

We will work through several exercises in the PTSD Workbook. This mini workshop will provide a safe venue for you to work through your fears and to build resilience factors to help you overcome fears driving your nervous system. (X sessions)

Learn about the five audience forms for your bullying story. Share your raw story with other participants. After sharing, participants will pick one of the three short forms – documentation, for friends and family, or for legislators -- to create another story version to share with participants. (X sessions)

Being bullied means being faced with decisions you thought you would never have to make. In particular, should you stay at your job or go? What should you do next? Sue, or just leave? This mini workshop will provide a venue for exploring your next steps and creating achievable goals. (X sessions)

Building Better Boundaries is an 8-weeks course designed to foster personal growth, maintain self-esteem, and ensure psychological safety. Requiring 1-2 hours/week of self-work and reflection. Uses online materials and office hour discussions.

If you need more time to process what is happening to you or to figure out your next steps, Dr. Nan provides single, monthly and quarterly packages for coaching; along with support with ambush meetings and court testimony as an expert witness.
