Tell Your Bullying Story

Learn about the five audience forms for your bullying story. Experience distancing exercises to lessen the effect of triggers while telling your story. Learn why certain audiences are not listening to you and what you need to do to gain their attention.

We will share our raw story with other participants. After sharing, participants will pick one of the three short forms — documentation, for friends and family, or for legislators — to create another story version to share with participants.

Recommended: Start here if you need to talk about your bullying story. This course is for all individuals looking to explain to others about what happened to them when they were bullied, especially valuable for those who wish to advocate for legislation. This is the first course that will start you along the path towards healing. May be repeated as necessary.
